The Framework will also be utilised by SW Framework suppliers such as our Contractor Delivery Partners.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement: Scottish Water is seeking to appoint 1 supplier to provide Hire of Fusion Equipment solution to support its Delivery Programmes involving the provision of Services from time to time to satisfy all requirements for hired Equipment and/or ancillary services. The Framework will also be used by SW Framework suppliers such as our Delivery Partners.The volume of hires is subject to Scottish Water’s requirements but is likely to equate to approximately 6000 weeks of hires per annum.The successful supplier will have access to the equipment listed within the ITN documentation on a pan Scotland basis to allow for use during emergencies.In supplying the Equipment, the Supplier shall provide all accessories required in respect of particular Equipment. No design, installation or commissioning will be required under this Framework.The Framework will have an initial period of 4 years with an addition of 4 x 12 months extensions at the discretion of Scottish Water.
