II.2.4) Description of the procurement: •Scottish Water and Scottish Water Horizons have a requirement to procure services for the operation, servicing, reactive maintenance and capital maintenance of their suite of Wind power assets.
•The scope of the proposed Wind contracts are:
-The contractor must be able to operate the asset types and provide evidence.
-The Contractor shall be capable of providing servicing of that asset type and provide evidence.
-The Contractor shall be capable of delivering planned (ie capital) and reactive MEICA maintenance of the relevant asset type and component parts.
-The Contractor shall be able to produce inspection and servicing reports and asset condition reports.
-The contractor shall be able to do root cause analysis and investigation of any failures.
-The Contractor shall be capable of maximising generation and asset availability
