II.2.4) Description of procurement: As Scottish Water aims to transform in the imminent future, it is crucial that the organisation’s training and development provisions help to support our people to engage with and cope with change.
This procurement seeks to source long term partners who meet Scottish Water’s service requirements and provide great value going forward concerning the provision of Specialist Wellbeing & Resilience Training. We also aim to procure learning partners who will work with us to create clear learning journeys, which map the developmental process that individuals will experience, to build our capability through a blended series of related and complementary learning interventions.
Scottish Water are procuring these services for an initial period of three years with the option of an additional five 1-year extensions thereafter.
Employee Wellbeing & Resilience: Our aim is for our people to have the adaptive capacity, agility and resilience to cope with pace and scale of change that they will experience through our Transformation journey. We will place an increased focus on building personal resilience capability and a positive change mindset around Transformation. In addition we want to continue to support the mental and physical wellbeing of our people ensuring they feel positive, energised and healthy as we transition to a hybrid working future. The target audience will cover c4,000 people who work across a range of roles and locations in Scottish Water.
The aim for the framework is to provide Scottish Water with the capability to deliver niche and specialist wellbeing and resilience interventions in specialist subject areas.
We are looking for a number of suppliers to be included who will provide ‘specialist’ services in a range of subject areas / topics. Specialist providers will have deep expertise and extensive experience in providing high-quality development interventions in specialist areas that are relevant to our needs.
