II.2.4) Description of the procurement: SW Horizons is seeking parties to tender for the provision of Water & Wastewater Services for the Aquatrine Contract. All Applicants will be required to submit a PQQ which will be evaluated and scored to select the suppliers to be invited to tender. Lot 2 - M&E Repairs. Work is pan-Scotland and related to Maintenance or Services. All employees engaged to carry out works must hold the required accreditation or certificates including HCOP, DOMS, HAUC, CSCS. This work is required at MOD establishments so security clearance will be required. The Contractor will be required to pass sufficient SW Horizons and Independent assessments regarding H&S. If required, they will be required to operate as the PC in terms of CDM Regs. TCs be in accordance with SWH amended NEC4 suite. The no. of Participants to the Framework Agreement is unknown at this stage. Though most work will be through SW Horizons, SW reserves the right to engage with the framework directly.
