II.2.4) Description of procurement: Scottish Water Horizons is seeking expressions of interest from parties prepared to participate in a competitive tendering procedure for the provision of Water & Wastewater Services for the Aquatrine Contract. This work is required at MOD (Ministry of Defence) establishments so security clearance will be required to undertake these works.
All Applicants will be required to submit a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire which will be evaluated and scored in order to select the suppliers who will be invited to participate in the bid process through the submission of a competitive tender.
Scottish Water Horizons will consider Geographical, Pan Scotland Solutions including the Western Isles and St Kilda.

oLot 1 - Water & Drainage Infrastructure – All aspects of Water & Drainage work.

4.Contractors will be required to interact with both Customers and Scottish Water and must be able to work to the highest standards of Customer Experience in accordance with Scottish Water’s and Scottish Water Horizon’s Customer Experience Measure requirements as a minimum.
5.The Contractor will be required to pass sufficient Scottish Water Horizons and Independent assessments regarding Health and Safety. They will be required to operate as the Principal Contractor in terms of CDM Regulations when required.
6.Commercial agreement will be in accordance with Scottish Water Horizons amended NEC4 suite of Contract Documents. Terms and Conditions shall be a refresh of existing Scottish Water Horizons models.
